"I never could have imagined at 15 years old, the bagel had so much power and endless possibilities for myself and the communities that support us", says Paul. "The bagel has given me everything and has now led us to franchising, which has always been a dream of mine. I'm more invigorated now than ever. Let's do this... One bagel at a time!"
